Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished technical papers that cannot be submitted elsewhere at the same time, for publication in TEMU 2016 proceedings and and submission to IEEE Xplore. All submitted papers will be subject to three independent reviews and judged on originality, technical correctness, relevance, and quality of presentation. An accepted paper must be registered and presented in TEMU 2016 by one of its authors, in order to be included in the conference proceedings and be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Paper Submission Guidelines
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (following the Standard IEEE conference templates for MS Word or LaTeX formats) including figures, without incurring additional page charges. Papers longer than 6 pages will be charged €100 for each extra page. Papers cannot be longer than 8 pages. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS system. The Conference ID for using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool, is 37166X. During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, it is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the submitted PDF file is an exact match to the author list and paper title on the EDAS registration page. In particular, the EDAS registration page must include all co-authors, not just the submitting author. Failure to comply with this rule might result in your paper being withdrawn from the review process. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.

Important TEMU Policy Announcement
TEMU 2016 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not orally presented at the conference.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and TEMU 2016 organising committee will take action against any author who engages in either practice. TEMU 2016 is following the IEEE policies on plagiarism and double-submission, so please contact these links to learn more:

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the TEMU 2016 conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, an accepted paper is required to be registered for the conference and MUST be presented by one of its authors. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the TEMU 2016 conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
